The company has recongnized the importance of safety in high-risk owkr environments, such a hot work, taks performed at heights, and jobs conducted in confined spaces. These types of work carry inherent risks that could lead to potential dangers and accidents.
As a result, the company has established safety protocols for operations. These protocols are intended to serve as the standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment and to prevent, as well as mitigate, workplace accidents. The following outlines the specific safety measures and practices to be followed:

  1. Conducted meetings and training for foremen and supervisors to reinforce safety protocols for high-risk tasks like hot work, elevated work, and confined spaces setting an example for strict compliance among workers.
  2. Conducted daily safety talks led by supervisors and foremen to address hazards and safe practices for high-risk tasks like hot work, and confined spaces, while also outlining daily job scopes and worker responsibilities.
  3. Obtained work permits from area owners and on-site safety officers before commencing work on each occassion.
  4. Created 'No Smoking' signs and prominently displayed them for clear visibility to all workers.
  5. Prohibited the entry of any fire ignition equipment into the work and production areas. Prior to commencing work, mandatory inspections are conducted by the supervisor or controller.
  6. Inspect tools and electrical equipment for readiness and functionality. Repair or replace any damaged items promptly.
  7. Isolate areas with potential fire hazards generated from work activities like grinding, welding, and cutting. Ensure these work areas are enclosed to prevent sparks from reaching adjacent areas.
  8. Always wear complete PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) during work hours.
  9. Correctly and completely wear fall protection equipment before ascendin to work at elevated heights. Once at an elevated work location, secure yourself with a lockout and tagout device to prevent falls.
  10. Foremen or supervisors must conduct physical readiness checks on all workers before commencing tasks involving hot work, elevated work, or confined spaces.
  11. Forement or supervisors are responsible for overseeing and ensuring strict compliance with regulations by the workers.
  12. Severe penalties, including termination, for safety violations, and holding supervisors accountable for neglect that leads to confined space hazards.
